Joey is a 3 yr old, 16 lb Dachshund. Joey is very overweight and needs someone who is willing to take him for walks and work with him to get him into tip-top-shape. Joe is a very sweet guy that is very unsure what is going on right now. It takes Joey a while to open up and become the sweet, funny, playful dog that he really is. Joey needs a family that will understand that and work with him to become all he can be. Joey currently lives with small dogs and cats in his foster home and is good with all of them. He appears to be completely housebroken, but he doesnt like to be crated and likes to go for walks. He also likes to cuddle up with you and just hang out. As with most Dachshunds, Joey likes to sleep under the covers with his people. Is this sweet little guy the dog for you? Joeys adoption donation is $275
