Seeking someone to sublease or take over Park Point lease beginning November 2014.
The apartment itself includes four spacious and private bedrooms, a comfortable livingroom, outdoor patio, kitchen, and two full sized bathrooms.
It is fully furnished including an in-unit washer, dryer, oven, stove, dishwasher, as well as heating, central air, high speed wireless and landline internet, cable. All of which fall under the flat $759 monthly rate, but my friend and I are willing to pay $120 dollars towards rent per month.
Each bedroom is located at a corner of the flat and are met with a large common area in the middle next to the kitchen. Bathrooms are located in between the bedrooms.
Bedroom includes: Full sized mattress (brand new), dresser, shelves with desk, nightstand, and a very spacious closet. Rooms are distanced from each other and offer good privacy. One set of neighbors upstairs, have had no problems.
Living here also offers free access to a clubhouse which includes: outdoor pool ans spa, patio lounging and grilling, volleyball and basketball courts, indoor gym, theater room, and conference rooms with new computers and free printing.
Apartment is an easy 2 minute walk from clubhouse and Park Point shopping center.
Looking to move out asap due to inability to continue rent payments. My roommates are are all extremely wonderful as is our overall area, I would not think to leave if I did not have to.
