01/15/13 - Alexus answers to Lexi. Lexi arrived late Saturday after a long but great transport. Both transporters found her a delightful companion. She hesitantly blended into the Doghouse pack, had some dinner and checked out the environs and mostly settled down for the night, getting up several times to see if there was any more food available. She is learning about the dog door and as it is chilly outside, I think that part will be successful in just another day or so. Going out will be the next step. She is a tiny, full of energy older lady whose age does not indicate her activity level. She runs around like a pup. Loves her toys and bones, is a cuddle bug and generally loves everyone. Now off to the Vet to get her health checkup and UTD on shots. Happy Birthday Lexi on the 17th. More later.
01/12/13 - Alexus is a tiny brindle sweetheart who stole the heart of her transporters and is now in residence at the Doghouse and getting along with the resident SCBR boxer ladies. Will write more later, but for now a bit of dinner, a quick trip outside one more time and of to bed.
