Antique Spooner in Rochester, New York

"Bead & Scroll" spooner It is 4" high and has a diameter of 3.75. Victorian possibly around 1890-1905. Today spooners can be used in numerous ways --holding croutons, bread sticks, celery sticks, candy, jelly beans, napkins,etc.
