Roo is a 12 yr old Shih-tzu male. He loves going for walks and rides in the car. He is very sweet, mellow and enjoys cuddling. He is not completely house-broken, but has been doing very well with scheduled visits outside. He is good with cats and kids.Roo does have a reduced adoption fee.
