Meet Tanner, an adorable 1-yr old Lhasa Apso or perhaps Shih-Tsu mix, but who really cares when you look at that face. Tanner is about 20 lbs., therefore, a very manageable size. There are a few things that Tanner doesnt like such as having his feet touched or having his face trimmed. Hes been with other dogs, but definitely likes being the man of the house so that he can take full advantage of all of the cuddling. Tanner does better with women than men, so a single-person home might be best. He is crate trained but not fond of it. At the fosters home he sleeps on the bed at night. Hes definitely a good eater and takes treats gently. At only 1 year and having been passed around quite a bit, Tanner is remarkably well mannered and easy-going. The rescue always recommends formal training especially with one so young. You cant know the full meaning of a love-bug until you meet Tanner in person.
