Welcome to my page. Yes, mine. It's all about me. Alllllllll mine. I have a lot to say, but I just know you really want to hear everything because you may want me to adopt you. My name is Rosie, and I am a really cute 9 lb cat, born in April 2013. I'm almost all black, except for a teeny white patch on my tummy. I hear that people say black cats aren't as desirable, but I totally am. I go with EVERYTHING (black is the new black, you know), studies show cats like me live longer, and I'm the very best at playing hide and seek at night! I do magic tricks too-- if you wave your hand over my body (even without touching it), I can purr really loud! I'd like to take a moment to tell you about my life. I was rescued at 4 weeks old with my 4 siblings by my foster mommy. She brought us home and I met the zoo - giant dogs, little dogs, medium sized dogs, 2 cats, 2 young kids, and that man they call Daddy who seemed obsessed with my sandbox (he plays in it a lot and shhhhh, don't tell him, but we potty in there!). I attached to the girl child and slept with her every night, got groomed by the big kitties and played with the giant dog. I was the perfect foster because I was what foster mommy calls "low maintenance" - I potty where I should, I'm super affectionate, I love to sleep on laps, I get along with every animal, and I come when called. I was adopted and lived for a few months with another big dog who I loved, but their cat didn't like me. This stressed me out and I got a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection). They chose to send me back to my foster family rather than take me to the vet, so foster mommy rushed me in to have me treated with antibiotics and now I'm back to being my wonderful perfect self. Please don't hold that against me; I really tried to make a home there, but their kitty didn't want me. :( I'm happy to be with my foster family again, but something tells me that I have a new adventure coming soon.
